Now for all of you waiting to cash in your vacation with a nice fat check, this is a wakeup call. Go out and vacation. A great article, Take your vacation, or die?, says that Europeans are doing a must better job at relaxing and getting away from the workplace stress. 25% of Americans do not take their vacations and this leads to health problems, including greater chances of heart disease. In fact, the article claims that if you work less you will be more productive. Just ask the Germans who work some of the fewest hours in Europe.

Have you ever skipped your vacation? Why?

Beauty is superficial, especially if you are blind. The first Legally Blind Miss Florida USA contestant is competing in the upcoming pageant and the story has America turning heads. For years, Donald Trump has looked for a way to make his Miss America, the antiquated and chauvinistic tromp of parading bath suits, popular again; perhaps the notion that one contestant does not even know how beautiful she is, will have me watching and cheering for her in the Miss USA pageant.

Do you ever watch Miss America and why?

If the law wants you, they will get you one way or another. Beanie Sigel is going to jail for 24 months, and that is after serving ten months for a gun possession. He was also on trial for attempted murder that did not stick. I know he owes $300,000+ in taxes, but can the government get more creative then feeding and housing him for the next 2 years? In fact, non-violent crimes continue to cost taxpayers more and more money. Will the same thing happen to Romney when we realize how much Bain capital has hidden?

Should non-violent criminals be placed into prison?
