    Dean Green's Alaskan Salmon and Southwest Cod

    Fortunately Dean was there as usual to guide me to something a bit more exotic, yet still reasonably safe in recommending the Southwest Cod. Both pieces of incredibly fresh fish actually complemented each other quite well and made for another amazing meal from this diamond in the rough.
